The outer foreskin is the part of the penile foreskin that is normally exposed when the intact foreskin is extended.

The P.U.D.™  (Penile Uncircumcising Device) is a restoration device that creates tension on the foreskin by its weight.  It is taped to the remaining foreskin. 

When tugging the foreskin during restoration, the point (actually a line around the penis) where tension of the skin towards the glans and towards the base of the penis is equal.  Commonly used as a reference point when installing T‐tape to ensure the tension is balanced on both sections of skin.
