Please do not repeatedly request a new password if you do not see the site e-mails. Your e-mail provider will assume that the multiple identical e-mails are SPAM. It is better to try to find out why your e-mail provider is not delivering the messages than to repeatedly request new messages that are not being delivered.

Sometimes browsers get confused. Browsers speed things up by storing web pages on your computer in a cache. When you log in the browser is supposed to reload the page. But sometimes a browser will use the cached version.
If you log in but don't see the correct page and do not see an error message, try pressing Control-F5 to force the browser to reload the page. If that does not work you may need to clear your browser cache and try again.
