The P.U.D.™ (Penile Uncircumcising Device) is a restoration device that creates tension on the foreskin by its weight. It is taped to the remaining foreskin.
A condition in which the foreskin of the penis, once retracted, cannot return to its original location because the foreskin opening is too small to allow the glans to reenter the foreskin tube.
The removal of the penis. A treatment of last resort for rare penile cancer. Distinct from castration/orchidectomy (removal of the testicles) though both might be done together, for example in sex reassignment surgery.
When tugging the foreskin during restoration, the point (actually a line around the penis) where tension of the skin towards the glans and towards the base of the penis is equal. Commonly used as a reference point when installing T‐tape to ensure the tension is balanced on both sections of skin.
The natural “drawstring” at the tip of the foreskin. It's primary function is to keep the foreskin forward of the glans penis. It is comprised of dartos muscle, which is involuntary smooth muscle.
